We are pleased to introduce our selves as one of the Manufacturers of Agricultural Tractors under the brand name of
‘PREET’. The manufacturing facilities are situated at
Nabha, Distt. Patiala, Punjab (INDIA). The Project for manufacturing agricultural Tractors was the farmer’s agricultural requirement. The development of tractors which started in house in 2001, was
materialized in launching manufacturing activities of tractors have started in early 2003. A batch of 21 tractors have been tested (On all the farming operation) through farmers who had the vast experience in agriculture.
The necessary improvements in the Tractors have been implement from comments / experience of these Tractors.
ENGINE ASSEMBLY:
At initial stage of Tractor manufacturing all the models of Preet Tractors
were fitted with world-renowned SIMPSON and HMT Engines, which
were lately replaced with PREET
ENGINES (Company's own Manufacturing). The Engines are well accepted among farmer’s community.
MANUFACTURING:
After completing our research and development, the vendors and the suppliers in the local area have been selected to supply the components as per drawing and strict quality standard the components / parts received in our plant are routed through main store. Similar exercise is done in Machine shop also before the machined components are transferred to assembly line for Tractors assembly. The Tractor Assembly is done stage wise and at each stage inspection is carried out to maintain the quality. The final product as assembled tractor is tested again on dynamometer so as the
ascertain the P.T.O. H.P and fuel consumption before handing over to dealer.
Our Preet-3549, Preet-4049, Preet-5049 and
Preet-6049 Tractor has been tested by Budni and NABARD has given approval and informed all Banks.
Our Preet-4549 is under test and CMVR has been received. The final report is expected
in middle of June 2008.
We participated in KISSAN MELA organized by Punjab Agricultural University Ludhiana in September 2003 with exhibition our tractors and harvester combine. In the fair all the established manufacturers and international
giants participated we were adjudged the best performer and awarded the first prize by the organizing authorities.
OTHER PRODUCTS:
Along with Tractor Manufacturing, we are one of the largest manufacturers of self-propelled Harvester Combine and Post Harvesting Agricultural machines through our sister concern M/S
Preet Agro Industries Pvt. Ltd. in small-scale sector. Our Harvester Combines are capable of harvesting and threshing a variety of crops ranging from cereals to pulses. More than Two Thousand satisfied owners of ‘PREET' harvester combine are operating their machines in different parts of the country harvesting maize, wheat, pulses sunflower and grams.
